Accidently Murdered

I believe that she should get the maximum of five years. Even though she was an good student and all she knows better not to talk nor text while driving an vehicle. If the court should make this rock and let her go and not serve the five year sentence they will be considered an hypocrite.

    i agree with what you said to an extent . She is young and this will be heavy on her mind for ever . she will be living with dis her whole life. Doing the whole 5 years will jus add on to her being mentally unstable

    well that is true but even thou that it was an accident and what she was doing to cause that accident was wrong she still have to be punished.because that family is hurt,she doesn't have to do the whole five year but maybe two and they can also help her by letting her talk to someone.
